Philanthropy

Henley proudly builds and auctions a home every year with 100% of the proceeds going straight to the appeal.

Our longstanding relationship with The Royal Children’s Hospital has seen Henley build 37 homes for the Good Friday Appeal over the past 23 years.

Every year we join forces with our tradespeople and suppliers to build a brand new, state of the art home in a premier Villawood Properties Estate.

This year’s home was a magnificent Emperor Belle Q1, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus power, library, theatre room, alfresco and more!

At a grand 48 square, this home was built by Melbourne’s finest tradespeople, and is sure to make the perfect family home for the lucky bidder.

The auction takes the total amount that Henley has raised for the Good Friday Appeal to over $13.2 million.
