Sometimes, even when your land is in a suburb where we regularly build*, we may not be able to build on your specific lot (even though we’d love to!). It can be due to factors that are simply out of our control, such as overhead powerlines or heritage overlay, for example. The best way to confirm the details and any applicable exclusions, exceptions or surcharges is to speak with your New Home Consultant.
