We believe in being clear and candid. Let’s call it full disclosure. Customers know what their preferred home will cost from day one. Timelines and processes are communicated plainly and succinctly. We are generous with the information we offer. We explain details, explore options and state final costs. Our display homes reflect the real world results our clients can expect.

Expect Henley to deliver:

  • Pricing. Upfront published home prices, list of luxury inclusions, facade and structural option pricing and step-by-step construction information being available to you.
  • Upgrades. Ensuring that you understand any interior upgrade prior to making a full commitment with Henley, with access to our colour showroom and a detailed information session.
  • Accuracy. Keeping our communications to you clear, concise and accurate at every stage



At Henley, we take extra measures to ensure that our homes are built to highest calibre. We offer a 12 Month Extended Maintenance period on all of our homes. Whilst the industry standard is three months, we understand the importance of allowing a house to settle over the four seasons of the year. All of our houses are built with a 50 Year Structural Guarantee, which is offered in addition to the standard HIA warranty period. It is these extra home assurances which will give you peace of mind for the lifetime of your home.

  • Integrity. The structural integrity of your new Henley home is assured with an industry leading warranty period.
  • Extended cover. Allowing your new home time to adjust to the natural conditions of your site before your maintenance period expires; we offer a 12 Month maintenance program.
  • Guarantee. The foundations of your home will be engineered to suit the unique traits of your site, that's our guarantee. Henley's commitment to quality means that we will never compromise on the quality of the foundations and footings of your new home.



We have the knowledge, experience and communication skills to guide you every step of the way, across the threshold and into home ownership. We see building your home as a collaborative project. You'll have a dedicated team of specialists who will partner with you throughout each phase of the home building process, from display centre to door step, to ensure you finish with your dream home.

Expect Henley to deliver:

  • Knowledge. We ensure our staff are highly trained and skilled in their area of expertise. We are dedicated to ensuring that the industry's leading talent is working for us, and with you.
  • Experience. Making the building process effortless for you, we coordinate your entire construction process, including all of your appointments to ensure an efficient transition from one stage to the next.
  • Communication. Clear and proactive communication during every stage of your new home journey, with regular phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings. Plus you can have peace of mind any time of the day (or night) with our Emergency Hotline - available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during your 12 month maintenance period. 
  • Inspections. Building your home to the highest level of construction quality, we conduct quality inspections at five stages throughout your build process to ensure our standards are upheld.
