Terms and Conditions

  • Only $5k deposit - $2,500 on titled land available now and $2,500 build deposit

  • This offer applies to the following lot numbers at The Dales – 402, 410, 420, 423

  • Land contract to be signed by 31 July 2023 and must settle by 30 November 2023

  • Balance of land contract price minus the initial land deposit of $2,500 to be paid at settlement

  • Build contract must be signed no later than 30 September 2023

  • $2,500 deposit for the build is deducted from the base stage payment which is 15% of the total build price

  • Finance health check to be completed by Mortgage Domayne within 21 days of initial deposit

  • Customer must be able to provide conditional finance approval for the build contract at the tender appointment

  • Offer is only available where deposit is paid by 28 July 2023

  • Land deposit will be refunded if finance is not achieved. Build deposit is non refundable
