At Henley, we share a vision around positive change. From the very earliest days our Directors have been committed to building a better future.

2018 saw us donate the 69th Henley home to a charitable cause, an achievement made possible through partnerships with like-minded tradespeople and suppliers. We are incredibly proud to work side by side with these colleagues and we treasure the opportunity to help in such a way. Overall, the total value of money raised and donated by Henley now sits at over $26 million dollars. We have achieved this over the past 30 years and will continue to work locally, nationally and internationally to support our vision for change.

We are continually finding new ways to assist the communities in which we work. If you think we can help, don’t hesitate to say hello.

Philanthropic Programs

Our philanthropic program is all about opportunity - to give people a chance in life and a helping hand where one is needed. Our philanthropic work proves just how much can be achieved when individuals band together towards a vision of change.

Good Friday Appeal

2018 marked our 25th year of building and donating houses to the Good Friday Appeal, having created the initiative in 1993. Our relationship with the GFA has seen 39 homes auctioned, and over $14.7 million donated to the Royal Children's Hospital.

On Good Friday, 30 March a stunning Emperor 41 with 5 bedrooms - located in Waratah Estate, Mickleham, went under the hammer. The house sold for $860,000 with every cent being donated to The Appeal!
