Beat the National Construction Code Price Rise
From 1 May 2024, new Government legislation in the form of changes to the National Construction Code (“NCC”) comes into effect.
These changes will improve the liveability and energy efficiency of new homes purchased from this date.
What does this mean for you?
All our house designs will be changing from 1 May 2024, and to accommodate for the required NCC changes our prices will be increasing from Monday 22 April 2024.
You can secure any current house design before it changes and the price increases to comply with the required NCC changes by paying a deposit before 5.30pm Sunday 21 April 2024. Some house designs (and facades) will also be disappearing altogether from 1 May 2024.
