The Henley Big Sale applies to deposits taken from Friday 27 September 2024. The up to $40,000 savings applies to items selected with the Valletta 499-D54VE but different savings apply to different house designs. The house specific amount can be taken as a discount off the regular pricing of flooring, facades, sonnenBatterie Evo or other upgrades. If the full amount of the offer is not used, the balance remaining will not be provided as a credit.

Advertised list price includes 7-star energy efficiency and whole of home compliance for all house types on all lot orientations and standard floorplan options, assuming standard inclusions, and regardless of which façade you choose.  

The 18-month Price Lock applies to deposits taken from 27 September 2024. The price lock is set at the initial deposit date and no further price locks can be entered in to; it is available only to those customers who comply with the following conditions:
a. Attendance at all appointments (such as interior design consultation, tender, and contract signing) pre-scheduled by Henley. Failure to attend any appointment means that Henley is entitled to withdraw the price lock offer.
b. For all ‘titled and fixed site cost’ jobs, customer must sign a tender within 60 days, and sign a contract within 90 days, of payment of initial deposit.
c. For all ‘untitled land’ jobs (not fixed site cost), customer must sign a tender within 120 days of payment of initial deposit and sign a contract within 45 days of registration of tile, however, commencement of construction on site must occur within 18 months of payment of the initial deposit. Please note: Henley requires a minimum of 90 days to commence construction work on site after the customer is the registered landowner of the site and this must be factored into the timing by customer. If customer does not sign contracts and provide proof of registration before the end of the 15th month of the customer’s price lock, Henley is entitled to withdraw the price lock offer.  Commencement of construction work is the date when excavation works commence on site. 
d. For all ‘knock down rebuild’ jobs, the customer must sign a tender within 120 days and sign a contract within 180 days of payment of the initial deposit
               i) Regardless of the timing above, contracts must be signed before the end of the 15th month of the customer’s price lock or Henley is entitled to withdraw the price lock offer.
               ii) All essential information is required by clause 13.0 of the HIA contract before the end of the 15th month of the price lock, and
               iii) Commencement of construction work must take place on site on or before the end of the 18th month of the price lock.

If any of conditions (a) – (d) are not met, Henley is entitled to withdraw the price lock offer and provide a re-price. If any of the conditions are not met and contracts have been signed, Henley will have the right to terminate the contract and re-price.

Best Price Guarantee - transfer to lower packaged price is only available to those who qualify for the 18-month ‘Price Lock’ and only until the date on which a building permit is issued. There will be no entitlement to elements of the original promotional offer if the decision is made to transfer to a subsequent lower base price offer. Lower base price must be taken with the standard inclusions and promotional offer available at the time of the reduction in pricing. Prime cost and provisional items will be revised once actual pricing is received.
