Herringbone flooring heaven

“Not only does this flooring give the illusion of movement, but it will certainly provide the ‘wow’ factor we all crave upon entering your home.” Brigette says.

“It is a surface that’s becoming increasingly popular amongst our clients as it really adds that element of elegance to a space. It is no surprise this gorgeous flooring is featured in two of our latest display homes. It can be found in our Carmelle 31A in Cloverton Estate, Kalkallo, as well as the Montego 28R in Kinley Estate, Lilydale.”

Reached for the heights with raked ceilings

According to Brigitte, another stunning option on offer, and one of our most popular upgrades are raked ceilings.

“Once you step foot inside one of our displays that shows off a raked ceiling, you will instantly know why. It really brings the room to life, and has a truly architectural feel to it, opening up the space, and giving the illusion that the ceilings are actually higher than they appear. This feature really sets it apart from the rest, and creates a light, bright and airy space giving it a ‘grand’ feel.”

Surround by Laminex

“As seen in the Carmelle 31A at Cloverton Estate, we have featured Surround by Laminex’s ‘Classic VJ 100’ profile to one of the largest interior walls in the living space. Having that extra bit of detail and contrast to just one of the walls we find really elevates the home by giving it a textured, yet subtle backdrop.

“The classic tongue and groove panelling offers a timeless backdrop to complement any style interior. This selection would be the perfect addition to any space including entrances, hallways, living rooms, and bedrooms.”

‘KIT KAT’ TILES

“We love to showcase all our favourite surfaces throughout our displays to show clients what a difference they can make and how they can really transform a space. So let’s talk ‘Kit-Kat’ tiles, most definitely, a crowd favourite for 2023 so far! One of the most versatile selections that can be applied anywhere you want a visually striking feature, with a timeless aesthetic. The Montego 28R display home at Kinley Estate incorporates Kit Kat tiles laid in a vertical pattern to the bottom half of shower shelves as well as to the powder room vanity wall to leave a lasting impression on guests!

The perfection of imperfect splashback tiles

“When it comes to imperfect splashbacks, it is a true statement of luxury and sophistication. As each individual tile is unique from the next, they add atmosphere to any space.
