The three masterpieces

The single-story Bravo 24 boasts four spacious bedrooms and delivers style and luxury in spades with its four handy living areas. You will be blown away by the multi-functional Butler’s Pantry and state-of-the-art Kitchen.

According to Emma Taylor, Henley Senior Interior Designer, the colour and style inspiration for the Bravo was New Nordic, which embraces light and white, with a scattering of pastel tones and light greys.

“Our light and white colour palette with the Bravo was incorporated in the cabinetry and the white stone benchtops. The Bravo, features a tiled timber look floor, flowing throughout the house including the wet areas.” she said.

For the first time in a Henley home the Bravo 24 and Vienna 28 will showcase an incredible raked ceiling to the Living areas.

New to the Ashbury series, the Ashbury 30 is simply a highly-functional and beautiful family home. The spacious Kitchen and oversized island bench area will help make entertaining a breeze. This design has a modern and generous family floorplan with lots of dedicated space to share or retreat to, from the large Leisure space upstairs, to the open plan living hub and separate Theatre room downstairs.

Emma says, “The Ashbury celebrates the industrial look complete with edginess and a warehouse feel.  A mix of weathered timbers with iron, leather and denim can be used to contrast the hip and modern style.”

The Vogue 34 is on display for the first time. It strikes a pose of opulence and comfort with its four-bedroom, five living-room configuration. The Vogue 34 is as versatile as it is striking as an entertainers’ paradise, with its spacious Kitchen opening up to the Living, Dining and under cover Alfresco area.

“The colour and style choices for the Vogue were simple. Celebrating the New York style, Soho loft, the Vogue boasts a delicious mix of contemporary and eclectic nuances. There is a mix of the old and the new with a peppering of the industrial look and feel” said Emma.

Landscape dreams

In its commitment in creating a picturesque and striking community, St Claire has been beautifully landscaped. According to Henley Landscape Designer, Cameron Fordred, a number of styles have been injected into community to celebrate individuality, whilst maintaining an organic flow. Different schemes such as classic, formal, modern architectural, drought tolerant and tropical were used to create gardens which reflect and celebrate every family home.

“We base our garden designs around the internal schemes for each home, allowing for a seamless transition from the entry through to the rear of the property.”

“All our garden designs are created to provide home buyers with an opportunity to look and feel how each of our homes work within the broader landscape. We integrate outdoor living and leisure items to create an inviting environment. This allows home buyers to experience how they can live, play and entertain in their own home."

“We use a wide range of colours, materials and plants through each display home. We selected colours and materials that will complement the internal schemes of the home. We use ‘traditional’ and ‘on trend’ planting schemes that are suited to the house and climate.

“The Emperor 41 has a luxurious outdoor living area/Alfresco providing ample space for relaxing or entertaining. A state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen provides everything you need to cook like a chef!

“The Ashbury 30 provides the ultimate in outdoor living. A generous decking steps down onto a paved entertaining area with an integrated outdoor bench and wood burning fireplace. This space is flanked by an artificial surfaced basketball court. Hours of fun for all the family!” Cameron added.
