There are many factors to consider when building or buying a home. So that we are as transparent with you as possible, we wanted to let you know that we may sometimes use images on this website that do not reflect exactly what is included in the price or that may not be provided by us. An example of this would be that the images may show landscaped gardens, pools, driveways, furniture and screens that are not provided by us, or the façade images we show may have more costs associated with them than the façade that is included in the base price listed. Therefore, we need to tell you that this website and its images should be used as a guide only and where we talk about pricing, we will provide you with important information about what that price actually covers in the Terms with that price which we recommend that you read.

Marketing plans and dimensions are representative only and all measurements are in millimetres unless otherwise stated. Lot widths are based on a standard facade and may vary depending on facade chosen. Due to estate requirements and council guidelines some lot width requirements will change and therefore need to be used as a guide only.

Please refer to your friendly New Home Consultant for an exact list of inclusions, assistance in making a façade choice and please refer to the master drawings for accurate features and dimensions.
