9th October 2014

Henley Properties has been nominated for prestigious awards yet again!

The Housing Industry Australia (HIA) has nominated us for Victoria’s Professional Major Builder for 2014. We won this award in 2013 and it would be an honour to win again this year!

Our beautiful new Henley home designs have also been nominated by the HIA for various Best Display Home categories.

The stunning new double storey Sahara Belle home design has been selected as a finalist in Best Display Home $300,001 - $350,000 category. With a blend of both style and contemporary design, the Sahara Belle offers the best of both worlds; with plenty of room for the growing family and avid entertainer, meaning there’s no need to compromise.

Our new single storey Lexington Vue has been selected as a finalist in the Best Display Home $250,001 - $300,000 category and as a finalist in the Herald Sun Home Magazine Reader’s Choice award. The Lexington Vue has been designed for luxury living whilst offering versatility and comfort. With multiple entertaining options, an impeccably appointed kitchen and an impressive master suite, it ticks all the boxes.

The popular Monaco 28 is a finalist of the Best Display Home – Up to $250,000 category. Offering both functionality and class, it is hard not to fall in love with the Monaco 28. You’ll have everything you need with an impressive master suite with large ensuite and dressing room, three secondary bedrooms, four living areas, butler’s pantry and undercover alfresco.

We are truly humbled by these nominations – they are a true testament to the talented and hardworking team members we have at Henley Properties.
