Since 1993, we've proudly supported The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal by building and donating a brand-new family home - auctioned off each year to raise vital funds for sick children.
Good Friday Appeal Home
The 2026 Good Friday Appeal Home made history, selling under the hammer for a record-breaking $1,212,000 at a no-reserve auction in Villawood's Alamora community in Tarneit. Every dollar raised went directly to The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal, helping support sick children and their families across Victoria. The remarkable result was a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when communities, partners and supporters come together for a common cause.
Now, attention turns to the 2027 Good Friday Appeal Home, marking an incredible milestone for as we build and donate our 48th charity home and celebrate 35 years of supporting the Good Friday Appeal through homebuilding.
Located in Villawood Properties' vibrant Coridale community in Lara, the 2027 home is the stunning Halcyon 389-D42 with the contemporary Aria façade.
