Construction of the 2014 Good Friday Appeal (GFA) Charity Auction home in Villawood’s Aspire Estate in Plumpton is underway.

2014 will mark our 21st consecutive year of support towards the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal. Henley began the charity house auction in 1993 and we have auctioned 34 new homes to date, raising more than $11.3 million for this very worthy cause.

In 2012, the Good Friday Appeal funds were used to purchase highly sophisticated state of the art imaging equipment, which provided a greatly improved imaging process and more accurate results for patients who have forms of cancer, neurological conditions and other diseases.

Next year we are hoping to exceed all expectations – we are building the beautiful, grand, 48 square Emperor 48 home from the Henley Clendonvale collection. The home will be built in Melbourne’s West within the popular the Aspire Estate in the growing suburb of Plumpton.

The Emperor 48 is a four bedroom, two bathroom double storey home with five living areas and a lavish alfresco – perfect for the avid entertainer. The home comes complete with all the luxury you could ever want including timber look flooring, professionally landscaped gardens and heating and cooling throughout the home.

Make sure to check out this year’s home at https://www.gfacharityhouse.com.au/ early in 2014 for further information and inspection times.
