Good Friday Appeal Home

Since 1993, we've proudly supported The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal by building and donating a brand-new family home - auctioned off each year to raise vital funds for sick children.

A home built with heart

The 2026 Good Friday Appeal home is the stunning Lancaster 440 D47 with the bold Monroe façade.

Set on a 448m north facing block overlooking peaceful wetlands in Villawood’s Alamora community in Tarneit, the home blends architectural style, functionality and family focused design.

Designed with space and flexibility at its heart, this double-storey home offers five generous bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, plus a dedicated study and mudroom to support busy family life. Ideal for multigenerational living or welcoming guests, this is a home that provides room for everyone to come together while still enjoying their own space.

The expansive open plan kitchen, living and dining zone - anchored by a stunning void - forms the true hub of the home, perfect for everyday living and relaxed entertaining. A separate theatre room adds a versatile retreat, while a ground floor guest suite with its own ensuite offers the ideal private space for visiting family or long term stays.

Upstairs, the master suite is a genuine sanctuary, featuring a large bedroom, luxurious ensuite and generous dressing room. Thoughtfully designed for modern lifestyles, the home balances inclusions, practicality and comfort - perfectly suited to families of all sizes.

Outside, the professionally landscaped garden is an entertainer’s dream, with thoughtfully designed spaces to relax, play and enjoy the outdoors year round.

Inside, the home is fully furnished and includes:

  • All furniture and décor
  • Window coverings
  • Luxury fittings and fixtures
  • A complete suite of appliances including fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and two TVs

Our history of giving

The Good Friday Appeal charity home has become a cherished tradition in our business. For more than 30 years, we’ve proudly joined forces with our land partners (our 2026 home is the 17th in partnership with Villawood Properties), our trusted trades and suppliers, and the wider community to make it all possible.

To date, we’ve built 46 homes and raised more than $21.5 million for The Royal Children’s Hospital - helping provide life-saving equipment, ground-breaking research, and world-class care to children across Victoria... and we’re not done yet.

Every home tells a story. Every dollar changes lives.

Why we do it

We know how important home is. It’s where families grow, connect, and feel safe. And for families facing serious illness, a sense of safety and support becomes more important than ever.

That’s why this project means so much to everyone at Henley. It’s our chance to give back in the best way we know how - by doing what we do every day, but for something truly extraordinary.

From our construction team to our interior designers and supplier network, this home is truly built with love.
