      Virtual Tours

      This virtual tour is of an actual Henley home at the address indicated, however this home no longer complies with the new National Construction Code (NCC) requirements and so this version of the design can no longer be constructed. We do, however, have an adapted version which is compliant with the NCC requirements which is available. Please speak to your New Home Consultant for details as well as to obtain a list of standard inclusions and master drawings of NCC compliant floorplans, as this tour may also show furniture, blinds, screens, landscaping, decking, driveway, fencing and decorative finishes not offered by Henley and additional cost floorplan options, fixtures and fittings which are not included in our standard product or pricing. The tour shows quartz surface benchtops which are no longer offered due to a Government ban on engineered stone containing crystalline silica.
