All flooring is for the size and configuration of the master floorplans and standard floor covering layout plan for the chosen design - Rimini façade (Breakthrough), Ashton façade (Mainvue) and Eclipse façade (Reserve).
Any alterations to master floorplan or choice of other facades may incur costs for flooring to the extent that greater areas are to be covered. If applicable, timber laminate flooring is excluded from the understairs. Wet areas are excluded.
