MAINVUE COLLECTION - Provide Free Promotional Flooring as per Floor Covering Pack Layout. Flooring offer applies to the Mainvue and Reserve Collections for initial deposits placed from 23 January 2026 until 1 February 2026. Flooring is currently offered in the Breakthrough Collection. Mainvue and Reserve Collection includes timber laminate from the category 1 Brooklyn range and carpet included is from the category 1 Rumble range. Breakthrough timber laminate includes category 1A Nordic and Brooklyn ranges and the carpet is from the Rumble and Hawks Bay ranges. The Coastal Escape colour board will receive 8mm timber laminate flooring from the category 1B Bolero and Augusta ranges and the carpet included in the offer is from the Rumble or Hawks Bay ranges. Flooring shown in marketing materials is for inspiration and not included. All flooring is for the size and configuration of the master floorplans and standard floor covering layout plan for the chosen design - Rimini façade (Breakthrough), Ashton façade (Mainvue) and Eclipse façade (Reserve). Any alterations to master floorplan or choice of other facades may incur costs for flooring to the extent that greater areas are to be covered. If applicable, timber laminate flooring is excluded from the understairs. Wet areas are excluded. Breakthrough value is up $8,306 on the Capri 231-S25, Mainvue value is up to $15,185 on the Athena 484-D52, Reserve value is up to $16,230 on the Emperor 483-D52.
