The Henley Triple Advantage promotion is based on a combination of:
1) Half mortgage repayments for the first year after settlement to the value of $12,156. The mortgage payments offer is based on a $500,000 loan, 2.69% interest, principal and interest payable over 30 years. The mortgage payments will be provided to you in the form of 12 x $1,013 monthly payments from the first 15th day of the month after settlement has occurred on your Henley home. Please refer to the Henley Mortgage Agreement form for further information.

3) Henley and Government Grants -
a) Henley Grants come in the form of house specific free upgrades ranging in value from $7,844 to $21,844 with the highest of the range based on the upgrades applicable to the Emperor 48 house design. Different upgrade amounts apply to different house designs. If the full Henley Grant is not used, the balance remaining will not be provided as a credit; plus
b) the Government First Home Owner (Metro or Regional) Grant and HomeBuilder Grant, if you are eligible for both. The lower range of the promotion is based on you being eligible for both the metro First Home Owner Grant and the HomeBuilder Grant and the upper range of the promotion is based on you being eligible for both the regional First Home Owner Grant and the HomeBuilder Grant. To qualify for the Henley Triple Advantage promotion, you must have paid your initial deposit after 2nd January 2021.
For HomeBuilder Grant eligible customers please confirm with your New Home Consultant for eligible homes and the requirements, obligations and time frames in order to have a signed contract by 31 March 2021.
This Triple Advantage offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes Completed Homes (Ready Built). Please note that of course the Government Grants are available to all eligible customers at any time.
