How will the Half Mortgage Repayment option work?

Henley will pay half your mortgage repayments for the first year after settlement to the value of $12,156. The mortgage payments offer is based on a $500k loan, 2.69% interest, principal and interest payable over 30 years. The mortgage payments will be provided to you in the form of 12 x $1,013 monthly payments from the first 15th day of the month after settlement has occurred on your Henley home.

What does the $10,000 Popular Build Zone include?

Our Popular Build Discount is up to $10,000 in discounts for our most popular build zone suburbs. To determine if your build zone suburb qualifies please visit the Where We Build page.

Because of the volume of building we do in these suburbs we are able to achieve cost efficiencies and pass these onto you.

Can you describe the Henley Grants?

Henley Grants come in the form of house specific free upgrades ranging in value from $7,844 to $21,844 with the highest of the range based on the upgrades applicable to the Emperor 48 house design. Different upgrade amounts apply to different house designs and can be viewed on our website.

What if I don’t have a mortgage?

That’s ok, you are still eligible to receive the monthly payments after settlement as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. You can choose to use the money however you wish.

Will I still receive the Mortgage Payments if I don’t have titled land?

Of course, the Henley Triple Advantage is available for customers with land whether it has or has not titled. We want to ensure everyone can take advantage of this great Henley offer. If you have any questions, your New Home Consultant can assist you.

What can I spend my Henley Grant (free upgrades) on?

There are no limitations! You have the flexibility to spend this however you want when you are going through the Sales Quotation process with your New Home Consultant. Why not consider flooring, refrigerated cooling, increased ceiling height, walk in robe fit out, façade, site costs, the options are endless! But we recommend you spend it all because if there is any amount left over, this will not be provided as a credit.

How do I move forward with the Henley Triple Advantage?

Great question! We recommend you visit one of our display locations across Melbourne and meet with one of our New Home Consultants. They will be able to provide expert advice on your new Henley home. But don’t delay, this offer won’t last long so take advantage of it as soon as you can.

What homes does the Henley Triple Advantage promotion apply to?

The Henley Triple Advantage is available across all Essence, Collection and Reserve single and double storey homes. There are different savings and upgrade values depending on which home you choose.

Our Completed Homes (Ready Built) are excluded from this promotion.

I’m doing a Knockdown Rebuild home, am I still eligible for the Triple Advantage?

You certainly are. Please check on our website if we build in your area and if you qualify for our Existing Popular Build Zone discount. This will determine the amount of the Total Triple Advantage. We recommend you contact your New Home Consultant and they can provide you with further information on this.

The Henley Triple Advantage promotion is based on a combination of:

1) Half mortgage repayments for the first year after settlement to the value of $12,156. The mortgage payments offer is based on a $500,000 loan, 2.69% interest, principal and interest payable over 30 years. The mortgage payments will be provided to you in the form of 12 x $1,013 monthly payments from the first 15th day of the month after settlement has occurred on your Henley home. Please refer to the Henley Mortgage Agreement form for further information.

2) Henley’s Popular Build Zone discount to the value of $10,000 if you qualify. (Both the lower and uper end of the promotion range assumes your site qualifies – visit https://henley.com.au/where-we-build to see if you qualify).

3) Henley Grants come in the form of house specific free upgrades ranging in value from $7,844 to $21,844 with the highest of the range based on the upgrades applicable to the Emperor 48 house design. Different upgrade amounts apply to different house designs. If the full Henley Grant is not used, the balance remaining will not be provided as a credit.

To qualify for the Henley Triple Advantage promotion, you must have paid your initial deposit after 2nd  January 2021.

This Triple Advantage offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes Completed Homes (Ready Built).
