Four ample living spaces and a highly functional and versatile floor plan, were just two of the features showcased in the recent Herald Sun written by Natasha Perera, reviewing the Henley Sahara 40.

Natasha Perera said, “Function tops the list for families when it comes to floorplan must-haves. The spaces need to work for active lifestyles and different age groups, but also offer places for rest and retreat.”

“Each area within the open set-up is clearly defined and given a sense of identity, while still maintaining a seamless flow. An in-built fireplace and entertainment unit form the focal point of the living room, while dual access points to the alfresco open the design up further, integrating the outdoors with inside.”

The kitchen had lots to celebrate with the Herald Sun noting “…good views of the living area, dining space and the alfresco. The benefits are twofold: it offers a key vantage point for parents to supervise young children at play while they cook, and it provides everyday spaces where families can interact with ease.”

“Other kitchen highlights include the stone-topped island bench, 900mm European appliances including a dual wall-mounted oven, gloss cabinetry and a spacious butler’s pantry. “

According to Natasha Perera, the main bedroom was an obvious highlight “..complete with a private balcony and a large dressing room and ensuite.”
